Jennifer Gibbs moved to Atlanta in 2003 after living in various states including Virginia, New York, California, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Missouri, and Florida and she also lived in Mexico. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with Bachelor’s Degrees in both Education and History. Jennifer taught history and coached basketball in both the public and private school systems in St. Louis, Missouri as well as Jacksonville, Florida for over ten years. Jennifer left teaching to earn a Master's degree in Sports Administration followed by her law degree. Since graduating from Emory School of Law, she has been practicing civil litigation, estate planning, and family law. Jennifer is admitted to practice in the Georgia trial courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court. She is also admitted to the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Carolyn Torres-Mabe has been an Atlanta resident for nearly twenty years. She graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Sociology from Emory University in 1996 and obtained her law degree from Emory School of Law in 2001. During law school, and for the next six years, she practiced criminal law where she gained invaluable and extensive trial and courtroom experience. In 2007, Carolyn made the transition into family law and has since handled all types of family law cases including adoption, annulment, child support modification, custody modification, divorce, and contempt throughout the metro Atlanta area. Carolyn is admitted to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.
